Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or custom-made gifts.

    • Sale or promotional items, unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request by contacting us at support@saranggifts.com with:

    • Your order number.
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  • Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 3 business days.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged products, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
